GENERAL CONDITIONS


We don’t accept the refund of an item without send it back. 

Please read the following conditions before return your item;  if the return doesn’t meet the following conditions, we won’t be able to accept it and the package will be sent back to you with extra shipping fees. 

☆ You have 14 working days after receipt of the package to send it back. (proof of postage)
☆ The item must be returned in its original condition. (Not worn, washed or damaged)
☆ the return costs, package and responsibility are at the expense of the buyer. Make sure to send back your package with a trackedshipping method 🤍      

☆ We do not accept returns delivered to an address other than the one given by e-mail. (If the package is delivered in a service point / locker we won't be able to pick it up)

  ☆ Don’t forget to join your order confirmation email in the package. (Or a paper with the 4 digit number order number and complete name as we’re not able to find your order without that!)                         

☆ items on sale, bikinis & underwear (bodies, bra, panties) can’t be returned. 

☆ You will receive an e-mail with the return address after you sent the request via email or via the contact form at the top of this page (1-2 working days max.)

☆ You will be refunded with a credit store 1 to 3 working days after the reception of your return. 

☆ Shipping fees are refunded up to 29,90€ only.

☆ We send a credit store (coupon code) via email that you can use within one year without a minimum order. 

☆ Please remember we can only guarantee a fast answer (within 2 working days) via email and not via instagram or any other socials.  We'll be happy to answer any questions if you have ! 🩷

Refund in case of loss of the package


 If your tracking is inaccessible or your package is still not delivered within the time limit, please contact us via the same form at the top of the page, so we can check with the carrier the position of the package.

☆ We refund all lost packages up to 6 months after purchase date.

☆ It is the purchaser's responsibility to inform us, using the means of contact available on the site, if delivery is unsuccessful, before the maximal date of 6 months.

☆ You will receive a full refund after the investigation by the transporter, if the package is declared lost or untraceable. Approximated time: 7- 21 days.

☆ Please note we're not able to refund any package before receiving the transporter confirmation of loss.
